Complaints Management
From time to time members of the school community may wish to express a concern or make a complaint about a matter of concern regarding their child’s education, the conduct of a member of our school community or a school policy or process.
Parents are encouraged to clarify their query, concern or complaint before coming to the school and to try an express their concerns calmly. We welcome you expressing your view and wish to work with you to resolve the matter. Parents are welcome to have a person with them for support, should they wish. We encourage parents to be prepared to look for solutions that will work positively for all stakeholders during the complaints resolution process.
