Enrolments at Currambine Primary School are now open! In Western Australia, children can start their education in Kindergarten, however, compulsory schooling starts the following year in Pre-primary.
Who needs to enrol?
You need to apply to enrol your children in school for 2022 if they are:
• starting Kindergarten – Four years old by 30 June 2022
• starting Pre-primary*, the first year of compulsory school – Five years old by 30 June 2022.
• changing schools.
*Note: If your child is currently attending Currambine Primary School this year, you do not need to enrol them again, they will automatically have a place allocated.
Students do not need to reside within the school’s intake boundary, in fact, over fifty percent of our parents have come from beyond our school boundaries drawn by our reputation for academic challenge, high standards of student behaviour, a caring and supportive community and a staff always willing to ‘go the extra mile’ for the students in our care.
Applications are due by Friday 23rd July 2021.
Kindy tours are now available!
Due to increased demand, we have scheduled regular tours for those looking to enrol in Kindy. Tours will be held on Wednesdays from 8.45am – 9.30am. Tours for other years are also available on request. Bookings are essential, please phone 6207 6100 or email brenda.koertzen@education.wa.edu.au to book your spot.
